Melissa serves as the Administrative Assitant for Kelsey & Trask, P.C.'s Natick office. She provides direct administrative support to Attorneys Justin Kelsey and Matthew Trask and our other staff.

Melissa joined Kelsey & Trask, P.C. in September of 2009 after relocating to Massachusetts from Tampa, Florida where she worked as an Adminstrative Assistant for more than seven years.

Jonathan R. Eaton  (508) 720-0397
Jonathan R. Eaton Jonathan R. Eaton is currently a third year law student at Suffolk University Law School. Prior to joining Kelsey & Trask, P.C. in May 2009, Jonathan worked at the Medical-Legal Partnership Boston at the Boston Medical Center advocating for children with special education needs.

A native of Wilmington, Massachusetts, Jonathan is a cum laude graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he majored in Psychology and Political Science, with a minor in Anthropology. Jonathan is also a graduate of Austin Preparatory School in Reading, Massachusetts.

Jonathan was awarded both the Distinguished Oral Advocate Award and the Distinguished Brief Award in his first year as a student at Suffolk University Law School. In addition to working at Kelsey & Trask, P.C., Jonathan is currently the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law, an academic legal journal operating through Suffolk University Law School. In the summer of 2008, he was selected to serve as a judicial intern with the Hon. Robert B. Calagione of the Milford District Court and the Hon. Albert S. Conlon of the Lynn District Court. Jonathan has been inducted into the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity, Rehnquist Inn, as well as Psi Chi, the honor society for students of psychology.

Prior to law school, Jonathan worked as a behavior therapist at two different schools for children with autism/PDD. He also currently works as a home consultant for a family with a thirteen year old child with autism.
